You’ll be a stones throw from the beach, with Eastbourne and Pevensey easily in walking distance along the promenade.

Sovereign Harbour with it’s many shops, bars and restaurants is a mere 5 minute walk, with something to suit all tastes. Eastbourne holds many events throughout the year, including Tennis week and Airbourne to name but a few.
Eastbourne is known as “The suntrap of the South”, and with good reason. We regularly have more hours of sunshine than almost any other holiday resort in Britain. Around 2000 per year!
Gatwick Airport is 75km away and Newhaven Ferry just 20km.
